Technological: Tech of all stripes can be destroyed or rendered inoperable with EMP blasts if it is not shielded against such, and can be damaged by falls or weapon strikes. Attributes from Technological sources cost 1 less CP. Repair can be done with appropriate skills. EMP hardening can be achieved by simply paying the full cost for the attribute.
